* As of November 1, 2023, we offer a sliding scale option for individuals who do not have insurance coverage (please contact us for more information).

 "Out-of-network" refers to healthcare providers or services that are not contracted with an individual's health insurance plan. When seeking treatment from an out-of-network provider, the individual may incur higher out-of-pocket costs or have limited coverage compared to in-network providers. This means that the individual may be responsible for paying a larger portion of the treatment fees or meeting a higher deductible before the insurance plan starts to cover expenses. While individuals can still receive care from out-of-network providers, it's essential to understand the associated costs and coverage limitations to make informed decisions about healthcare utilization. 

Insurances may offer a reimbursement option through the client submitting a 'Superbill' to their insurance provider. This document is requested and accessible in the client's Client Portal. 

 For clients who prefer to use this option, fees are as stated:

• Initial sessions - $125
• Follow-up sessions - $ 100
• Couples/Family Initial - $150
• Couples/Family Follow-up - $125 

Kindly note that the out-of-pocket rates for individuals seeking to work with our Clinical Director may differ from those listed here.

1. Outside work conducted in-home, school, or other settings: $120 per hour
2. Written reports for insurances, FMLA, DETR, casework, etc.: $50 per hour
3. Letters for ESA, accommodations, recommendations, etc.: Starting at $100
4. Expedited requests for forms, reports, and/or letters: Additional $50.00. 

Should an employer, school, or other entity require additional information or documents after the initial submission, the client will incur an additional cost for providing such documents.

Written documents and requested paperwork may be finalized within 7 to 10 business days following payment receipt, with completion time varying based on document complexity.
