Individual Intake

This is a one-on-one with the provider to gather background information on the individual. If the client is a minor, a parent or guardian must be present.
Individual Follow-up
$100
This is a one-on-one meeting with the provider to work on developing an action plan to address the client's presenting problem and to work with the client to achieve their treatment goals.
Couples and Family Therapy
Couples/Family Intake
$150
This is a meeting between the couple and provider to gather background information on each member.
Couples/Family Follow-up
$125
These are meetings between the provider and couple/family to work on developing an action plan to address the members' presenting problem(s) and to work with the client's to achieve their treatment goals.
Supervision
Costs for off-site supervisors receiving supervision
Individual
