Leah Gardner is the Clinical Director and Intake Coordinator at Calm Gardens Therapy. She is a Licensed Certified Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and provides clinical services to adolescents and adults (ages 13+). Leah’s work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and a strong commitment to ethical and professional standards.
Leah has advanced training in trauma and stress-related disorders, including EMDR (Certified EMDR Specialist designation pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and critical incident stress management. She holds Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I & II) credentials and is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (CASDCS). Her clinical expertise includes ADHD, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, and couples therapy.
In addition to treatment, Leah has pursued advanced training in psychological and developmental assessment, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Stephanie’s education background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and she was very proud to receive the Outstanding Psychology Senior Award in 2019 at the University, of Nevada Las Vegas.
Additionally, Stephanie has been working as a Behavioral Therapist for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for the past 4 years, which led her to fall in love with the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
